Good-bye

I draw my reverence, the life did not always spoil me if it is not a little girl whom I want to protect to the maximum of this disease which is the depression.

When you read this post, I will be far, a small star in the sky, I hope because even if I did not always make well, I tried to the maximum to help around me.

You belonged to my life during a few times also finally, then I made a point of telling you… Au-revoir.

Tiramisu cherries coconut

I had in head a tiramisu with raspberries but the fresh ones were really too expensive and I did not find frozen. I folded back myself on cherries out of bottle and that gave… a slaughter if you like, like me, coconut and cherries:)

Ingredients:

- 1 box of cookies to the spoon

- 1 bottle of cherries pitted with syrup (I tasted those of Franprix - “cherries of North”)

- 250g of mascarpone

- fine sugar 50g + 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- grated coconut 80g

- 3 eggs

- 1 kirsch liquor glasses

and I think that it is all:)

Drain cherries by taking care well to preserve the juice, to which you will add kirsch.

Beat the egg yolks with sugars, until mixes bleaches. Add the mascarpone then, whip and finish by grated coconut.

Beat the white in firm snow. Mix softly with the preparation with the mascarpone.

For the assembly, soak quickly cookies in mixes syrup-kirsch. And draw up them in a deep dish, deposit some cherries then half of the cream.

Start again the operation while finishing by a layer of cream. You can with the choice decorate with cherries. Film and put at the expenses 5:00 minimum. Before serving, for the final key, sprinkle bitter cocoa.

Lasagnes with two salmons

Envy lasagnes… those really change. And even if you do not raffolez spinaches, they should allure you.

Ingredients (for 4):

- salmon steak 300g (I take frozen that I precook in their packet with boiing water during 4 minutes)

- 4 smoked salmon sections

- 1 large spinach box in branch

- Plates with lasagnes

- 1 large bowl of bechamel sauce to nutmeg, especially not too thick

- 1 small box of tomato pulp

- 1 onion

- grated Gruyere and Parmesan

Brown onion peeled and thinly sliced in a tablespoon of olive oil. Y add the émiettés salmon steaks, and the box of tomato pulps, add pepper, add salt slightly and allow to simmer about fifteen minutes.

Cut smoked salmon coarsely. Drain spinaches.

For the assembly, butter a deep dish going to the oven. Y put a fine layer of bechamel sauce. Cover with lasagnes, a layer of preparation to tomato, a layer of spinaches, smoked salmon, cover with bechamel sauce and start again the operation once (tomatos/spinaches/salmon/bechamel sauce/lasagnes). Finish by remaining sauces and cover with cheeses.

I allow to rest 1/2 day with the expenses so that the plates soak many sauces.

Preheat the oven th6, put into the oven for 50 minutes and if the top is not gilded enough, do not hesitate to pass under the grill before serving.
